Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Adam Needham.
The 26-year-old is wanted on warrant for unlicensed driving and providing a false name to police.
He is described as 186cms tall with a slim build, short red/blonde hair, unshaven facial hair, fair skin with tattoos on his right arm.
He is known to frequent the Wyndham Vale, St Albans, Melbourne, Kew and Hawthorne.
Investigators have released an image of Needham in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
