Additional arrest after Claymore inquiries

Police have arrested and charged another man following investigations into a public order incident at Claymore earlier this month.

About 6pm on Saturday 14 September 2019, police were threatened by a large group of males after asking them to move on from a carpark behind a shopping complex on Dobell Road.

One man is alleged to have thrown a beer bottle at police during the incident

Following inquires, about 3pm yesterday (Monday 23 September 2019), police arrested a 21-year-old man at Campbelltown Police Station.

The 21-year-old was charged with riot, affray and throw missile at police during public disorder.

He was refused bail to appear at Campbelltown Local Court today (Tuesday 24 September 2019).
