AETC to host second annual Force Development Summit Dec. 15-16

As part of the effort to better develop the Airmen required to support the Air Force we need, Air Education and Training Command will hold the second annual Force Development Summit virtually Dec. 15-16.

Hosted by the AETC/A3K division on behalf of Lt. Gen. Brad Webb, commander of AETC, the goal of this year's summit is to provide an opportunity for AETC as the force development command to highlight force development initiatives with an emphasis on how we have and how we can develop the "Airmen We Need" in a "Contested Environment."

In addition, subject matter experts from Headquarters Air Force, all the major commands, and AETC Directorates, will have an opportunity to discuss current and future force development and human capital efforts and challenges. By gathering O-6 level representatives from across the Air Force, the summit will aid efforts to synchronize and synergize force development efforts across the Air Force to bolster and share the best ideas being worked on.
