AgForce members needed to help roll out National Feral Pig Action Plan

The hunt is on!

Queensland agriculture needs representation on the 10-person Implementation Committee responsible for rolling out the National Feral Pig Action Plan - and AgForce members are encouraged to get involved.

Australia's very first action plan for managing feral pigs is now in the draft stage and aims to tackle the significant environmental threat that this pest poses.

If you are passionate about reducing the impact of feral pig populations, experienced in pest animal management and have good communication and problem-solving skills, then please consider joining the Implementation Committee.

Expressions of Interest close on 19 March 2021.
