Aggravated break and enter in Casula

Police are investigating after an aggravated break and enter in Sydney’s south-west early this morning, NSW Police say.

About 5am today, a 21-year-old woman was asleep in a home on Fitzpatrick Close, Casula, with a three-year-old boy in the room.

He fled the scene, stealing a mobile phone.

The woman was not injured as a result of the incident.

Officers from Liverpool Local Area Command attended and commenced an investigation.

Detectives would like to speak to a man, not further described, who may be able to assist with inquiries.

Anyone who was in the area at the time and noticed any suspicious activity is urged to come forward.
