The search for a missing man in the State's far north is resuming this morning, according to SA Police.
Police are searching the area east of Leigh Creek for a 79-year-old Whyalla man who been missing since Saturday 30 April.
The man, whose relatives have been informed of his disappearance, had been staying at a remote station at Angepena.
The man has visited the area on several occasions and is experienced in the outback.
Police launched the wide scale search of the region on Monday afternoon after the man was reported missing. The search continued on Tuesday, but failed to locate the man.
The search, coordinated by STAR Group officers and involving the police helicopter, the police fixed wing aircraft, members of the State Emergency Service and local station owners, will resume at first light this morning.
