Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Anna Fleckner.
A charge-and-warrant has been issued for the 23-year-olds arrested in relation to weapons offences.
Investigators have released images of Fleckner in the hope someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
Fleckner is Caucasian in appearance, 170cm tall, with a medium build, brown hair and brown eyes.
