Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Anthony Randell.
The 39-year-old is wanted on several warrant for failing to appear at court for driving offences.
Randell, who is also known as Joshua Gutknick, is Caucasian in appearance with a solid build and short brown hair.
He is known to frequent the Melton area.
Police have released an image of Randell in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
