Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Antonio Piazza.
The 56-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to traffic offences.
Piazza has short grey hair and often wears dark rimmed glasses.
His is known to frequent the Point Cook and Reservoir area.
Investigators have released an image of Piazza in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Piazza or has information about his whereabouts is urged to contact Altona Police Station on 9392 3111.
