Police are appealing for witnesses following a single-vehicle crash north of Newcastle last year, NSW Police say.
About 12.40pm on Thursday 28 September 2017, emergency services were called to the Pacific Highway, Twelve Mile Creek, following reports a black Nissan X-Trail crashed into fencing and rolled.
The learner driver, a 17-year-old girl, was taken to John Hunter Children’s Hospital in a stable condition.
The front passenger and supervising driver, a 38-year-old woman, was taken to John Hunter Hospital with injuries to her hand, arm and leg.
An eight-year-old girl, siting in the backseat of the car, was also taken to John Hunter Children’s Hospital for observation.
They have all since been released from hospital.
A King Charles Spaniel was reported missing from the crash but was later reunited with its owners at Raymond Terrace Police Station.
Officers from the Crash Investigation Unit are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash and are urging any witnesses to come forward.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
