Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 34-year-old man reported missing from a Chermside medical facility since yesterday, Queensland Police say.
Christopher Howard (pictured) left the Rode Road facility around 2am and has not been located.
Police hold concerns for his wellbeing and the safety of others as he requires ongoing supervision and medical attention.
He is Caucasian, about 178cm tall with a slim build, shaved dark brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is urged not to approach him but to contact police.
