Chifley police are appealing for information to locate a man wanted for an arrest warrant for property offences.
Investigators are seeking information regarding the whereabouts of Richard James Andrews.
He is described as Caucasian, thin build, about 175cm tall with a medium complexion and brown hair. He has a distinctive script writing tattoo on the left side of his neck and a stud in his cheek, NSW Police say.
He is believed to be travelling in the Bathurst, Orange, Penrith or Mudgee areas.
Police are urging anyone with information about the whereabouts of Andrews to call Chifley police or Crime Stoppers.
