Police are appealing for assistance from the public with their investigation into a traffic crash at Narangba on August 11, Queensland Police say.
Initial investigations indicate a crash occurred between a sport utility vehicle (SUV) and bicycle on New Settlement Road, between Sir Dapper Drive and Burpengary Road around 1.50pm.
The rider of the bicycle, a 58-year-old man from Eatons Hill was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The driver of the SUV was not injured.
A 32-year-old Narangba woman is assisting police with their inquiries.
Investigators are asking for any witnesses to the crash and in particular for anyone who may have seen the vehicle prior to the crash to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
