Appeal for witnesses, Hit and run -Wakerley

Police appealing for witnesses to a traffic crash which occurred at Wakerley on May 10, Queensland Police say.

At around 6.30pm, two cars were travelling west on Manly Road, near the intersection with Moss Road.

Footage obtained by officers showed one of the cars, a green Mitsubushi 380 (pictured) drove erratically before it attempted to overtake the car in front.

Preliminary inquiries indicate the Mitsubishi clipped the back of a white Toyota Corolla, causing it to spin and crash, coming to a stop on the side of Manly Road.

Noone was physically injured as a result of the incident.

Police are appealing to anyone who may recognise the Mitsubishi or who may know the owner of the car to please contact them or Policelink.

Investigations into the crash are continuing.
