Appeal to locate Maddison Phelps missing from Sydney's eastern beaches

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a girl who has been missing from a Randwick hospital since yesterday morning.

Maddison Phelps, aged 19, was last seen at a hospital on Barker Street about 8.40am (Saturday 20 April 2019).

Police and family hold serious concerns for her welfare as her disappearance is described as being out of character and she suffers from medical conditions.

Officers from Eastern Beaches Police Area Command are appealing for help to locate Ms Phelps, and advise the public she may appear confused.

Maddison is described as being of Caucasian appearance with a fair complexion, 170cm tall, with a slim build, light brown hair, and brown eyes.

Police believe Maddison may be around Sydney's eastern suburbs, however encourage all members of the public to keep a look out, and to visit NSW Police social media pages to view an image of her.
