Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the Illawarra region since earlier this week.
Gary Pearce, aged 21, was last seen in North Wollongong on the night of Tuesday 23 April 2019, and it's believed he may be located in the Illawarra region.
About 4pm today (Friday 26 April 2019), family members attended Lake Illawarra Police Station and reported Gary missing, before detectives commenced inquiries.
Family and police hold serious concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is described as being out of character.
Gary is described as being of Caucasian appearance with an olive complexion, 165cm-175cm tall, with a medium build, brown hair, and a beard and moustache.
Members of the public are encouraged to visit NSW Police Force social media pages to view a picture of Gary.
