Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man wanted on outstanding warrants in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
Louis Arthur Wicherts, aged 40, is wanted on outstanding warrants for allegedly following and carrying out a sexual act in front of a 16-year-old girl who was walking to her Woollahra home, about 7pm on Tuesday 7 May 2019.
Following inquiries into the incident, detectives from Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command are appealing for public assistance and have released images of Mr Wicherts.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 180cm-185cm tall, with a thin build, short brown hair, and tattoos on his left knee and lower leg, right arm, fingers, stars on each earlobe, and a teardrop under his left eye.
If seen, the public is urged not to approach Mr Wicherts but to contact Bondi Police Station or Crime Stoppers.
