APRA Proposes Changes to Claims Database

The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) has released a consultation on a proposal to replace the non-confidentiality determination that supports publication of aggregated statistics from the National Claims and Policies Database (NCPD). The proposal also details a refreshed publication format.

Written submissions regarding the proposals should be submitted by 16 June 2026.
