The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) has published a new set of frequently asked questions (FAQs) to provide guidance for authorised deposit-taking institutions (ADIs) on the interpretation of Prudential Standard APS 120 Securitisation (APS 120).
The FAQs are relevant to originating ADIs and ADIs that hold securitisation exposures.
