Rockhampton detectives are investigating following an armed robbery at an Allenstown service station on Sunday, March 19.

Initial investigations indicate at approximately 9.30pm, a woman entered a Lower Dawson Road business and began removing a number of items from the fridges.

A short time later, a man, armed with a knife, threatened an employee before stealing various items.

No one was physically injured.

The pair left together in a stolen white 2022 MG ZS, with Queensland registration 039GF8.

The vehicle was stolen from a Yeppoon home at approximately 1am on Saturday, March 18.

There have been various sightings of the vehicle throughout Rockhampton between March 18 and March 20, when it was located abandoned on Hempenstall Street around 5.30pm.

Police are appealing for anyone who recognises the duo, or anyone with dashcam vision of the stolen MG ZS, to come forward.

Investigations are continuing.
