Members of the Northern Criminal Investigation Branch have arrested a 16 year old male from Youngtown in relation to the armed robbery of the Eastside Newsagency located on Prosser’s Forrest Road, Ravenswood. This offence occurred at 6:40am on 01/01/2018, Tasmania Police say.
The male is due to face an out of hour’s court session at 8pm this evening in Launceston.
Police would like to thank the community for their patience and assistance with the ongoing investigation.
