Detectives are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at Surfers Paradise last night, Queensland Police say.
It will be alleged three men entered the food outlet on Beach Road around 7.35pm where one of the men has threatened a male employee claiming he was armed with a knife and demanded money.
The 17-year-old employee has complied and handed over a sum of cash.
The men have subsequently fled the premises on foot towards Peninsula Drive.
The employee was uninjured.
Investigations are continuing.
