Detectives are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at a Mount Warren Park supermarket last night, Queensland Police say.
Just after 8pm, the man entered the Mount Warren Boulevard business armed with a hammer and approached the counter.
He then threatened a female employee and demanded cash.
The man stole a sum of cash and several packets of cigarettes before fleeing in a silver coloured vehicle.
No one was injured during the incident.
Investigations are continuing.
