A man has been arrested following an alleged stabbing in Melbourne’s CBD earlier this month, Victoria Police say.
It is alleged a 33-year-old man and 37-year-old woman were stabbed at the intersection of Flinders and Elizabeth streets on 15 January following a physical altercation with another male.
Both were taken to hospital.
A 31-year-old Lilydale man presented at a police station overnight and has been arrested.
He is currently in police custody.
Police are not looking for anyone else in relation to the incident.
