Ashurst advised the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) on its project to relocate its leased premises in Boulogne-Billancourt (In/Out complex) to The Circle tower (formerly the Cristal tower) in Paris's 15th arrondissement (Beaugrenelle), a complex of approximately 27,000 sq m owned by Tishman Speyer.
The OECD has signed a forward lease (bail en l'état futur d'achèvement) for the occupation of approximately 19,500 sq m, with delivery expected in 2027.
The Ashurst team was led by Philippe None, senior partner, assisted by Manon Bucaille, associate, in real estate in Paris.
