Ashurst advises Swyftx on A$1.5 billion merger with Superhero

Global law firm Ashurst has advised cryptocurrency trading platform, Swyftx Pty Ltd, in relation to its acquisition of share-trading and superannuation platform Superhero Pty Ltd.

Global law firm Ashurst has advised cryptocurrency trading platform, Swyftx Pty Ltd, in relation to its acquisition of share-trading and superannuation platform Superhero Pty Ltd.

The merger values the combined group at approximately $1.5 billion. The merger is the first of its kind in Australia and will allow the parties to build a single platform under which users are provided access to cryptocurrency and equities trading, along with their superannuation holdings.
