Ashurst Guides McLaren in Capital Reorganisation Success

As Official Legal Services Partner to the McLaren Group, global law firm Ashurst has advised McLaren Group Limited on its capital reorganisation. This marks a major milestone in the ongoing transformation journey of the luxury automotive and elite motorsports Group.

Under the reorganisation, long-term strategic investor Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company, the sovereign wealth fund of the Kingdom of Bahrain, will take full ownership of the share capital of McLaren Group Limited.

The Ashurst team was led by partners Drew Sainsbury and Molly Woods, with McLaren relationship partner, Rob Aird. The team was supported by counsel Maria Staiano-Kolaitis, senior associates Jasmine Wales and Louise Chan and associates George Bland and Matthew O'Regan.
