Global law firm Ashurst acted as the Hong Kong legal advisers to Xizang Zhihui Mining Co., Ltd. (SEHK: 2546) on global offering and the listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Xizang Zhihui Mining is a leading non ferrous metal mining company based in Xizang, China, primarily focusing on the exploration and extraction of zinc, lead and copper resources.
