Global law firm Ashurst Perkins Coie is advising Lazard on the £3.1 billion takeover of Mitie Group plc by OCS Group International Limited.

Mitie is listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, with a market capitalisation of approximately £2.0 billion as at 20 July 2026.
