Global law firm Ashurst has appointed Clint Dempsey as partner in the Global Loans practice, based in Dubai, further expanding the firm's banking and finance offering in the Middle East.
With over 12 years of experience in the UAE, Clint is a recognised expert in the financial services sector. His practice covers all aspects of banking and finance, including trade finance, real estate and development finance, Islamic finance, acquisition finance, project finance and asset-based lending. He acts for a range of international and Middle East financial institutions, as well as advising corporate borrowers. Clint has substantial experience particularly in the financing of real estate and hotel projects and acts on financial services regulatory matters.
