Greater Shepparton City Council would like to advise the community of road re-surfacing works occurring on Packham Street commencing Monday 31 August to Friday 4 September between the hours of 7am to 7pm.
Road re-surfacing will extend from Balaclava Road to Tilton Street with intermittent closures of side roads to enable works at the intersections of Packham St -Tilton St, Packham St - Cornish St and Packham St - Grutzner Ave with detours in place.
The works will still allow local residents and business to access their properties.
It is anticipated that the works will continue for approximately one week, weather permitting.
Motorists can expect some delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes where possible. Motorists are also advised to obey all worksite and advisory signage including traffic controllers.
Council asks for residents and motorists to take care and be aware of traffic detours.
