It's been a record-breaking Pink Test, with more than $11.7 million raised - the highest amount in the event's history - enabling the McGrath Foundation to extend its care to more families facing cancer than ever before.
McGrath Foundation President & Co-Founder, Glenn McGrath, expressed his gratitude to Australia for rising to the occasion this Pink Test as it works towards its goal of ensuring no one with cancer misses out on care.
"With 1 in 2 people in Australia likely to be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, the demand for cancer care has never been greater. That's why we set our most ambitious Pink Test goal ever. Thanks to the support of the Australian community, more families in need will receive the life-changing care of a McGrath Cancer Care Nurse.
"Eighteen years since the first Pink Test and the generosity of Australia still blows me away."
- Glenn McGrath, McGrath Foundation President & Co-Founder
