The Revive Live grants program is providing over $10.5 million in funding for 59 music festivals and 46 live music venues across Australia.
105 organisations across the country will receive funding towards artist fees, production costs, accessibility, venue upgrades and marketing, to grow a sustainable live music network in Australia through supporting established live music venues and preventing the cancellation of live music festivals.
Recent funding recipients include:
- Yuin Folk Club - Cobargo Folk Festival (NSW): $100,000 towards Australian artist fees, infrastructure upgrades and production costs.
- Barkly Regional Arts - Desert Harmony Festival (NT): $100,000 to support this celebration of art, music and culture in Tennant Creek.
- Dylan Alcott Foundation - Ability Fest (VIC): $100,000 for production and accessibility costs for Australia's first inclusive and accessible music festival.
- Gig Big - River Sounds 2026 (NSW): $128,000 towards performances from Australian artists and equipment costs.
- Yours and Owls Festival (NSW): $250,000 for Australian artist fees, marketing, production and accessibility costs.
- Vibestown Productions - Party in the Paddock (TAS): $200,000 for Australian artist fees, marketing, professional development, production and accessibility costs.
- The Cave Inn (QLD): $84,000 for Australian artist fees, marketing, production and equipment costs.
Since its inception in 2024-25 the program has delivered $18.4 million in grants to support 217 Australian live music businesses, including 119 music festival-based activities and 98 live music venues.
