Australia Post has announced the 2025 Impact Awards Winners for the Australia Post Online Retail Industry Awards (ORIAS).
The winners across the three Australia Post Impact Awards include:
- Small Business Innovation Award: Cool Beans Underwear
- Sustainability Award : Koh
- Diversity & Inclusion Award : Mettle Women Inc.
Australia Post Executive General Manger Parcel, Post & eCommerce Services, Gary Starr congratulated the recipients at last night's gala dinner and celebrated the excellence demonstrated across the award categories.
"It's a privilege to be part of the ORIAS each year and celebrate the changemakers shaping the future of eCommerce in Australia. With 122 online retailers entering our Impact award categories this year, it's clear that purpose-led innovation is thriving across the industry.
"The Impact Awards reflect the values that drive us at Australia Post-diversity and inclusion, sustainability, and innovation. These focus areas are not only central to our purpose but are increasingly embraced by retailers committed to making a meaningful difference. 2025 ORIAS IMPACT AWARDS WINNERS
Small Business Innovation Award
This award is targeted at small businesses that have innovated to deliver a new product or service, outstanding customer experience or business process.
Winner: Cool Beans Underwear
Cool Beans Underwear is a scientifically designed innovation that helps regulate testicular temperature-a key factor in fertility, hormonal health and recovery. Cool Beans empowers men to take charge of their wellbeing and normalise conversations around reproductive health.
Sustainability Impact Award
This category recognises businesses that are driving sustainable change within the eCommerce industry through demonstrated process, product or innovation.
Winner: Koh
Koh creates eco-friendly cleaning solutions that eliminate harsh chemicals and plastic waste, empowering customers to reduce their environmental impact through easy-to-use refills and reusable packaging designed for sustainable living.
Diversity and Inclusion Impact Award
This award celebrates eCommerce businesses who have made an outstanding contribution to supporting diversity and fostering inclusion within their business.
Winner: Mettle Women Inc.
Mettle is a non-profit social enterprise that employs, trains and financially empowers those experiencing homelessness as a result of domestic and family violence. 100% of profits go towards providing safe work opportunities, scholarships, crisis funds, childcare subsidies and survivor designed support programs to victim-survivors nationwide.
