Australian family business launches new gluten free superfood

"Compared to any other ancient grains like chia, quinoa, or brown rice – lupins are beating them at every turn. Our lupin products are 43% protein and 29% fibre. We have specifically chosen Australian SWEET WHITE LUPINS as they have proven to have a better taste and nutritional content", Managing Director Roger Drew says.

Lupins For Life has grown from a farmer selling his homegrown lupins at the local football club into an innovative company working closely with commercial clients at the cutting edge of health food development around Australia. Now, with the retail arm opening this month, founder Gary Drew can finally share the benefits with everyday Aussies.

"Everyone that I have introduced to lupins over the last three years has been impressed with the personal results and I just wanted an opportunity to share that", founder Gary Drew says.

Built on a paddock to plate philosophy, the Drew family grow and trace their produce from planting to each and every package. "We know everything about our produce because we’re tracking it at every step to make sure it is of the highest quality."

While this venture is bound to thrive, Lupins For Life is also built on altruistic values. After 175 years of family farming in Australia, the Drew’s know the value of family working together. "We want our business to create a legacy for the wider family, for our rural communities and for the health and wellbeing of the generations to come," says Gary Drew.
