The National Recovery and Resilience Agency has now included the Dungog shire as an approved local government area applicable for a range of disaster assistance, following severe storms and flooding from 27 June 2022.
Eligible locals can access help for:
- Damaged homes or belongings
- Clean-up costs for local councils
- Concessional interest rate loans for small businesses, primary producers and non-profit organisations, and
- Freight subsidies for primary producers.
