The Conservatives' Victorian Senate candidate Kevin Bailey has welcomed this week's federal budget saying it brings much-needed relief for struggling Victorian small businesses.
Mr Bailey was interviewed by Bendigo's Channel 9 TV News about his take on Tuesday's budget which he says is a very good one for regional Victoria.
