Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate 26-year-old Ben Hogan.
Multiple warrants have been issued for the Boronia man's arrest relating to theft of motor vehicle, handling stolen goods, drug, and driving related matters.
Hogan is known to frequent the Boronia, Kilsyth and Croydon areas.
Investigators have released an image of Hogan in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
He is Caucasian in appearance, with a solid build and a full sleeve tattoo on his right arm.
