Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Shepparton teen Blaze.
The 16-year-old was last seen in Shepparton on Monday 14 December 2020 about 10.45am.
Police have concerns for his welfare due to the length of time he has been missing.
It is not known where he might be headed.
An image of Blaze has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Blaze is described as approximately 170cm tall, has blue eyes, a thin build and light brown coloured hair.
Anyone with information about Blaze is urged to contact Shepparton Police Station on 5820 5777.
