An investigation is underway after the bodies of two men were located in Redfern overnight.
About 11.50pm (Saturday 29 January 2022), emergency services were called to a unit on Cleveland Street, Redfern, following a concern for welfare report.
Upon arrival, the bodies of two men were located inside the unit.
They are yet to be formally identified but are believed to be aged 32 and 52.
Officers attached to South Sydney Police Area Command established a crime scene, which is being examined by specialist forensic police.
Detectives, with assistance from the State Crime Command's Homicide Squad, have commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding their deaths under Strike Force Menlow.
