A body has been found in bushland at Campbelltown believed to be 71-year-old missing man.
Police attached to Campbelltown Police Area Command commenced a search after receiving reports that the man, who was last seen 4:10pm on the Tuesday 3 September 2019 at an aged care facility on Glendower Street, Gilead.
About 9.20am (Wednesday 4 September 2019), police located a body in bushland at the rear of the aged care facility.
The body has not been formally identified at this stage; however, police believe it to be the missing man.
A crime scene has been established and a brief will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
