A young boy found by a member of the public at Hebersham today has been identified.
About 12.15pm (Saturday 15 May 2021), a member of the public located the boy in distress, who said he was lost, on Ballymena Street and contacted police.
Officers from Mt Druitt Police Area Command commenced inquiries to identify him.
About 4.30pm, the boy was identified and will be reunited with his family.
Police would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance.
