Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Braeden Andrew, Victoria Police say.
A warrant has been issued for the 18-year-old’s arrest in relation to traffic offences.
Police have released an image of Andrew in the hope someone may recognise him and be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
Andrew is described as 186cm tall with a thin build, blue eyes, brown hair and a fair complexion.
He is known to frequent the Hastings and Mornington Peninsula areas.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
