Break And Enter And Wilful Damage Charges At Kawana

Four teenagers have been charged following investigations into a break and enter and wilful damage incident in Kawana yesterday afternoon, May 20.

Between 3.50pm and 4.30pm, two boys and two girls entered a Hollingsworth Street sporting arena and vandalised the exterior and interior of the premises.

A 14-year-old Norman Gardens boy has been charged with two counts each of wilful damage and stealing, and one count of enter premises and commit.

A 13-year-old Kawana boy has been charged with one count each of enter premises and commit and wilful damage.

A 12-year-old Kawana girl has been charged with two counts of wilful damage, and one count of enter premise and commit.

A 15-year-old Kawana girl has been charged with four counts of wilful damage, three counts of stealing, two counts of enter with intent, and one count each of trespass and public nuisance.

All have been dealt with in accordance with the Youth Justice Act.
