Police have arrested two teenage males in relation to a break and enter at a residence in Currajong in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Police will allege, around 1am on February 7, two teenage males broke into a house in Corcoran Street then fled when disturbed by a man staying at the property.
A 15-year-old Kirwan male has been charged with burglary and committing an indictable offence and three counts of stealing. He was denied police bail and is due to appear in Townsville Childrens Court.
A second teenage male has been arrested and is assisting police with the investigation.
The house was the residence of 22-year-old Jennifer Board who was killed on February 5 in a fatal traffic crash in Thuringowa Central.
The investigation is ongoing.
