Detectives from the Bayside Property Team have arrested a 30-year-old man in relation to the alleged break and enter of two businesses in Brisbane's south in June.
It will be alleged a stolen vehicle was used to force entry into a business on Daintree Drive in Redland Bay on June 6 and Tingal Road in Wynnum on June 28.
A large quantity of power tools were stolen from both stores.
Following extensive investigations, police executed a search warrant at a Logan Reserve address on July 1 and located a quantity of power tools at the residence.
A 30-year-old Slacks Creek man was arrested at the scene.
The Slacks Creek man was charged with two counts of enter premises and commit indictable offence by break and one count each of receiving tainted property, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, possess dangerous drugs, possess utensils or pipes, possessing relevant substances or things and possess tainted property.
He is due to appear before Cleveland Magistrates Court on July 31.
Investigations are continuing.
