Break and enter investigation, Surfers Paradise

Police have released vision of a man they wish to speak to in relation to their investigation into a break and enter that occurred at a Surfers Paradise supermarket in the early hours of Monday, March 4.

Around 12.20am, a man entered the business on Surfers Paradise Boulevard and stole a quantity of cash.

The man then fled the scene in a dark-coloured hatchback, which was last seen travelling down Ada Bell Way at Southport.

The man is described as Caucasian in appearance, around 180cm tall and was wearing jeans, white running shoes, a black cap and a distinctive 'Berik' brand motorcycle jacket at the time of the incident.

Police urge anyone who may recognise the man or vehicle depicted in the below footage to come forward:
