Break and enters, Trinity Beach and Palm Cove

Police are investigating a number of break and enters at businesses at Trinity Beach and Palm Cove overnight, between December 13 and 14.

It will be alleged at least four businesses were broken into on Vasey Esplanade and Trinity Beach Road, with damage reported at the incident locations.

Another business was also broken into on Williams Esplanade in Palm Cove in the same timeframe.

Police say the incidents are not related to ex-Tropical Cyclone Jasper and are separate to the severe weather event response.

Investigations are ongoing into all incidents.
