Brimbank teens charged following home invasion and aggaravated burglary

Brimbank Crime Investigation Unit detectives have arrested and charged a teenager in relation to two aggravated burglaries last month, Victoria Police say.

The 17-year-old boy from Kings Park was charged with home invasion and two counts of theft of motor vehicle after an incident in St Albans on 10 May.

He was also charged with aggravated burglary following an incident in Deer Park on 31 May.

Two other boys, a 16-year-old Deer Park boy and 16-year-old St Albans boy, were also charged with aggravated burglary in relation to the second incident.

The St Albans teen was also charged in relation to a burglary in Kealba last month.

All three have been remanded in custody and will appear at a children’s court at a later date.
