Police are appealing for information and vision following a burglary at Yeppoon overnight.
Between 9.30pm on Wednesday April 1 and 3.55am on Thursday 2 April, unknown people have entered a Goldfinch Avenue address and stolen car keys to a 2019 grey Toyota Fortuner and yellow 2019 Kia Stinger belonging to the resident before leaving the area in both vehicles.
The Kia Stinger was located in Frenchville on 2 April, however the Toyota Fortuner remains outstanding.
Investigators from Yeppoon Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) are seeking CCTV from residents in Lammermoor, Cooee Bay, and Yeppoon between 9.30pm Wednesday 1 April and 6am Thursday 2 April.
Investigators are specifically seeking witnesses or relevant vision from the following streets between those hours:
- Lammermoor – Waterview Drive, and Shannons Drive
- Taroomball – Lexington Drive, Ridge Avenue, and Scarborough Street
- Yeppoon – Kingfisher Drive, Goldfinch Avenue, Thornbill Avenue
Detectives are also seeking CCTV or dashcam footage along Lorikeet Avenue in Yeppoon from 5.30pm to 6pm on 1 April.
